Job Description:

You will work as hall staff at FIORIA Roppongi, a luxury private-room restaurant and bar with 22 concept rooms in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, frequented by celebrities, VIPs, and idol groups for private events and dinners. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and delivering warm hospitality to guests in a high-end setting - smiling service is the priority and full training is provided from day one, so no prior restaurant experience is needed. Three shift windows are available: evening 17:00-23:00, late evening to overnight 17:00-05:00 (overnight), and overnight 23:00-05:00. Hours from 22:00 qualify for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 1,500 yen/hour. Minimum 4 hours and 2 days per week. Pay is available by cash in hand (tewatashi 手渡し) or bank transfer. Daily and weekly payment are both available. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are provided free of charge using premium ingredients. Uniform is provided and dry-cleaned free of charge. JLPT N2 or above (or equivalent conversational ability) is required. A bank account is required for pay (or must be obtainable).

Wage:

1,230円 (per hour) Deep-night premium for 22:00 onwards: 1,500 yen/hour (WAGE_CHECK: formula gives 1,537 yen; stated 1,500 yen - confirm with store). Performance bonus, annual salary increase, seniority pay, and promotion system available.
