Job Description:
Work in the kitchen at Shibuya Masudatei, a monjayaki and okonomiyaki restaurant just 1 minute from Shibuya Station, handling dishwashing, plating, food prep, and light hall support. No open-flame cooking is involved - all kitchen work is fire-free and simple enough for complete beginners to pick up quickly. Weekend and public holiday rate is 1,550 yen per hour; working at least one of Saturday or Sunday each week is required. Shifts run 17:00-22:30 or 18:00-22:30 with no overtime; shifts are submitted weekly for flexible scheduling. Daily payment (higabarai) and cash in hand (tewatashi) are both available on request. Applicants must be 18 or over; high school students cannot apply (due to shifts running past 22:00). Hair colour, nails, piercings, and beard are all permitted.
Wage:
1,500円 (per hour)
Weekend and public holiday rate: 1,550 yen/hr. Salary increases available; some staff earning 1,700 yen/hr. Review incentive: +250 yen per review post. New Year allowance: 8,000-25,000 yen. Employee discount: 30% off food for staff working 2+ days per week.
