Job Description:

Clean an 8-floor office building in Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato, Tokyo, collecting and sorting rubbish from each floor, vacuuming corridors and offices with a corded vacuum cleaner, wiping desks, and sorting waste for disposal. The work is a straightforward, repeatable routine - once learned it follows the same steps each day, suited to those who enjoy focused, methodical work. Note: some cleaning of smoking areas is included (ashtray collection etc.). Fixed morning shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 08:30-11:00 (2.5 hours); Tuesday, Thursday 08:30-11:30 (3 hours) — all weekdays, finishing before midday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. Advance payment of up to 70% of earned wages is available before the regular payday (conditions apply); weekly payment available every Friday via smartphone application submitted on Tuesdays.

Wage:
