Job Description:

Work at Niku Obanzai Kabukintonton, a hidden underground izakaya between Ebisu and Daikanyama stations in Tokyo, offering Japanese meat dishes and obanzai cuisine in a DIY-decorated interior. Hall duties include customer greeting, order taking, food and drink service, and drink preparation; kitchen duties cover dishwashing and simple plating. The shift window runs 16:00-01:00 (overnight), with a minimum of 3 hours per shift; flexible scheduling including evening-only, close-only, and weekend-only arrangements are all available. A deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) applies from 22:00; during the training period (approximately 1 month) the base rate is 1,300 yen per hour and the after-22:00 rate is 1,625 yen per hour. Staff working 3 or more days per week (12+ shifts per month) receive 1,450 yen per hour as the base rate; those working 2 or fewer days receive 1,400 yen per hour. Staff meals (makanai) are provided with free refills; takeaway is also permitted. Cash in hand (tewatashi) is available on request; Happy Bonus of 10,000 yen for staff working 40+ hours per month.
