Job Description:

Clean corridors, staircases, and common areas at Kojimachi Sanba Building in Tokyo's Chiyoda district - a light cleaning role with no toilet or wet area cleaning required. Duties include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, and rubbish collection; no special tools or experience needed as the work follows a simple, repeatable routine. Four morning shift options to choose from: 06:00-08:30, 06:00-09:00, 06:30-09:00, or 06:30-09:30 (2.5-3 hours, no break, no overtime); all slots on weekdays only with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. Up to 10 staff work each shift in a friendly, age-diverse team. Advance payment of up to 70% of earned wages is available before the regular payday (conditions apply); weekly payment every Friday via smartphone application on Tuesdays.
