Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Uotami no Sushi Shin-Nakano Ekimae, a sushi and izakaya restaurant run by Monteroza group, 2 minutes from Shin-Nakano Station in Tokyo's Nakano district. Hall duties include customer seating, food and drink service, cashier work, and simple drink preparation; orders are placed by customers via tablet or QR self-order system, reducing pressure on hall staff. Kitchen duties start with dishwashing and simple plating, progressing to light prep work and cooking assistance; no cooking experience required. Two shift options: full window 11:30-23:30 (minimum 3 hours), or lunch only 11:30-15:00 (minimum 3 hours); a deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) applies for hours worked from 22:00 onwards in the full window slot. Staff meals at 50% off; advance payment (mae-barai) available with wages calculated to the minute. Minimum contract period is 3 months.

Wage:
