This is a kitchen and packaging role at a well-known hamburger chain in the Sapporo Shiroishi or Chitose area of Hokkaido, arranged through UT Agent as an indefinite-term dispatch (無期雇用派遣 muki-koyou-haken) contract — meaning you are employed directly by UT Agent on a permanent basis with no fixed contract end date. Tasks follow a clear step-by-step manual: toasting buns, grilling patties, adding condiments in order, and wrapping the finished burger - no prior cooking experience is needed as all steps are standardised. Six daytime shift options run from 08:00 through to 22:00; all are day shifts only with no overnight work, making it straightforward to maintain a regular daily routine. A direct hire (転籍 tenseki) support system is in place, giving motivated staff a path to being taken on by the client company directly. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone application with funds receivable within approximately 5 minutes of approval.
