Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Beer Pong Bar GROVE Kamata, a darts and beer pong bar on the 7th floor of Prince Kaikan in Nishi-Kamata, Ota-ku, Tokyo, 2 minutes walk from Kamata Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line. Tasks include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving drinks and simple food items, clearing tables, and explaining and setting up beer pong and darts equipment for customers - no prior knowledge of beer pong or darts is required as full training is provided. The venue has a lively, social atmosphere with an average staff age of 25; many regulars become friends with staff, and some regular customers have even joined the team as part-time workers. The main shift runs from 22:00 to 06:00; a minimum of 1 day per week and 3 hours per shift is accepted. An evening slot (17:00-22:00) at 1,300 yen per hour is also available. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) wage payment available. Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00: 1,625 yen per hour (1,300×1.25=1,625円 confirmed). Transport allowance up to 1,000 yen per day. Applicants must be aged 20 or above due to mandatory work in a smoking-permitted area. Hair colour, nails, and piercings are all accepted.
