Job Description:

This is a bakery production and sales role at a FamilyMart-affiliated in-house bakery inside an office building in Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, 6 minutes walk from Osaki Station, serving mainly office workers from the building throughout the morning and lunchtime. Tasks include shaping and baking bread dough, preparing sandwiches and savoury bread fillings, bagging and displaying finished products, cashier and customer service, stock replenishment, and store cleaning - covering both production and retail in one role. The customer base consists of building office workers coming in for breakfast and lunch, creating a calm and approachable service environment with no external foot traffic or queues from passers-by. The shift runs fixed early morning hours from 06:30-15:30 (8 hours actual work) weekdays only, finishing by mid-afternoon so evenings are free. Minimum 3-month contract; 5 days per week required. Salary increases on an ongoing basis; experienced staff can earn up to 1,540 yen/hr. Group facility discount (resort hotels, restaurants, sports clubs) available.
