Job Description:

This is a backyard staff role at a flagship store of a leading Italian luxury brand in Ginza 6-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, 2 minutes walk from Ginza Station - one of the largest luxury brand stores in Japan spanning multiple floors. Tasks include product inspection (検品 kenpin), stockroom organisation, goods receiving and distribution within the store, and outbound shipment management - all conducted in the backyard away from the sales floor, with no customer-facing duties. The multi-floor store means significant movement between levels throughout the shift, making this well suited to those who like to stay active rather than work at a desk or counter. Shifts run 5 days per week on a rotating schedule within a window of 10:00-19:00 or 12:00-21:00 (7.5 hours actual work, 90-minute break); weekends and public holidays included. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) available through Dimple. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) fully covered. Daimaru Matsuzakaya group shopping discount 10% off. Prior luxury brand or department store experience is welcome. High school graduate or above.
