Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at a patisserie café salon from a storied Paris-founded brand inside Hibiya Chante, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 1 minute walk from Hibiya Station and 5 minutes from JR Yurakucho Station, serving the brand's famous macarons, elegant cakes, and afternoon tea in a beautifully designed salon setting. Tasks include welcoming and guiding guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks, cashier and payment handling, and general hall upkeep - supporting customers through a special café experience in a refined, photogenic space. Some prior customer service or retail sales experience is required; the environment suits those who enjoy thoughtful, warm service. Shifts run 3-5 days per week on a rotating schedule; short shifts from 6 hours are available (e.g. 10:00-17:00) through to full shifts (13:00-22:00, 8 hours); all ending by 22:00.
