Job Description:

This is a food factory sorting and picking role in Tochigi City, handling pickled ginger and other pickled food products destined for supermarket sale. Work involves visual inspection of finished packs, sorting, and picking individual items and full boxes according to paper instruction sheets — all steps are clearly defined, making it easy for first-time factory workers to get started. The shift runs from 20:00 to 24:00 with no break, giving you four focused hours in the evening while keeping the rest of your day free. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,500 yen per hour for the 22:00-24:00 portion. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and advance payment (前払い maemae) are both available within company regulations. One fixed day off on either Saturday or Sunday is available on request; both days off fixed is not possible.

Wage:
