Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Tamato-ya, a popular Tokyo-style monjayaki (もんじゃ焼き monjayaki) specialist restaurant opening in October 2026 inside Amu Plaza Oita, directly connected to Oita Station. This is an opening recruitment of 45 staff — everyone starts together, making it a great environment for first-timers. Duties include seating guests, setting tables, taking orders by handy terminal, and serving food and drinks; once settled in, you will also prepare and cook monjayaki tableside for guests. Operating hours are 08:00 to 23:30 with flexible shift options from 4 hours minimum, including lunch-only and dinner-only slots. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00. A special opening-period rate is in effect until October 2026; from November the standard rate applies. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available — up to 50% of earned wages paid as early as the next day. High school students are not eligible for this role. Hair colour, nail polish, piercings and beards are permitted within guidelines.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Freelancers and homemakers start at 1,200 yen/hour. Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% premium from 22:00. Large holiday period additional time-up. Salary increase available. Opening special rate applies until end of October 2026; standard rate from November (1,100 yen/hour, freelancers/homemakers 1,150 yen/hour). Referral bonus: 10,000 yen each to referrer and referred after 200 hours worked.
