Job Description:
This is a retail sales role at a long-established Western confectionery brand inside Perie Inage, a shopping complex directly connected to JR Inage Station in Chiba. The brand is well known for its puddings and chocolates, and is popular for gifts and souvenirs, keeping the store busy with a steady flow of customers. Duties include customer service and sales, register operation, product management, gift wrapping, opening and closing procedures, and stockroom organisation. No prior wrapping experience is needed — a love of customer service and sweets is what matters. Shifts run 7.5 hours with a 60-minute break on a rotating schedule, with four to five working days per week including weekends and public holidays. Some prior retail sales experience is preferred. High school graduation or above is required.
