Job Description:

This is a night-shift sorting and packing role at a large, modern Sagawa Express logistics facility (X Frontier) in Koto, Tokyo, four minutes walk from Minamisuna-cho Station. Work involves pulling parcels from conveyor belts into the correct lanes, loading sorted parcels into destination boxes or trucks, sorting small items (envelopes and small packages) by delivery address, and unloading arriving trucks onto conveyors — simple, repetitive tasks with no heavy items in the small-goods sorting role. The shift runs from 19:00 to 04:00 (overnight, 8 hours actual working time, 1 hour break). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) raises the rate to 1,625 yen per hour from 22:00 to 05:00 (statutory 25% premium). A basic Japanese language test is required at application. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) and advance payment (前払い maemae) are all available within company rules. New starters who work 96 hours within their first full month receive a 3,000-point welfare bonus (redeemable as gift vouchers).
