Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Yakiniku Sumizumi, a popular yakiniku restaurant three minutes walk from Azabu-Juban Station in Minato, Tokyo, known as a favourite among entertainers and celebrities. Hall duties include taking orders, serving freshly prepared dishes, and simple register operation; kitchen duties include plating, making drinks, dishwashing and cooking assistance. Shifts run within the 14:00-02:00 window for a minimum of 3 hours, with last trains considered when setting end times — car pick-up after closing time can also be arranged. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,500-1,625 yen per hour (note: this is slightly below the standard statutory calculation — verify with the store). Pay is available in cash (手渡し tewatashi). Free staff meals are provided, with occasional team yakiniku gatherings as well. Hair colour, nail polish and beards are all permitted.

Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,500-1,625 yen/hour from 22:00. Trial period rate: 1,280 yen/hour (1 month). Salary increase once per year (ability-based).
