Job Description:

This is a hotel kitchen role in Okayama city, preparing and plating breakfast buffet and lunch course meals using Western and French cuisine techniques. Tasks include food preparation, cooking to recipe (レシピ表 reshipi-hyou), plating, and live cooking demonstrations in front of guests — making this a role where you can showcase and develop your skills. Fish filleting, omelette cooking, and similar hands-on techniques are part of the daily work, alongside dishwashing and kitchen cleanup. Shifts run early morning starting at 06:00 or 06:30, finishing by 14:30, with no need to work evenings. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, with same-day or next-day transfer possible. A cooking licence (調理師免許 chourishimennkyo) and prior Western or French kitchen experience are required for this position.

Wage:

1,225円～1,531円 (per hour) Overtime pay at 25% premium. Transportation allowance covered (round-trip, per company rules).
