Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at chano-ma, a stylish Japanese-style cafe (和カフェ waka-fe) in central Okayama, just steps from Okayama Station. Kitchen duties include plating over-rice dishes, prepping keema curry, and assisting with cafe meal preparation. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing desserts, and guiding guests to floor-seating (mattress-style) areas. The cafe uses healthy ingredients such as chicken and soy-meat, and has a warm, white-toned interior with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, and all staff across 300-plus group restaurants receive a 30% dining discount. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided, so no experience is needed to start.

Wage:

1,060円 (per hour) Salary increase (昇給 shokyu) available. Friend referral bonus 20,000 yen.
