This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Suke-san Udon (資さんうどん), a popular udon chain originating from Kitakyushu that has been serving customers since 1976 with over 100 menu items. Hall work covers guiding guests to seats, taking orders on a handheld device, food service, and checkout; kitchen work covers preparation, plating, dishwashing, and main dish cooking — with in-store manuals and video guides available for every task. Weekday shifts earn 1,100円/hour, rising to 1,230円/hour on weekends and public holidays; late-night hours after 22:00 earn 1,375円 on weekdays and 1,538円 on weekends. High school students may work between 05:00 and 21:30. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 50% off, covering all 100+ menu items including udon and popular topped dishes. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available under company rules, and no resume is required to apply.

Wage:
