Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Ramen-ya Ichiban-tei Shimodate, a ramen restaurant in Chikusei, Ibaraki, 8 minutes walk from Shimodate Station. Duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables, and handling payment. Depending on aptitude, cooking assistance tasks may also be assigned. Shifts can be as short as 3 hours from 1 day a week across a wide operating window (09:00-24:00), making the role easy to combine with school, household duties, or another job. A full manual and training (研修 kenshuu) are provided, so first-time workers and those returning after a break can start with confidence. A staff meal discount is available from 150 yen per meal (食事補助 shokuji-hojo).

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Public holiday premium: +50 yen/hour. High school student rate: 1,100円. Salary increase available.
