Job Description:

This is a shopping mall cleaning role at Elumi Konosu, a local shopping centre directly connected to Konosu Station (JR Takasaki Line) in Saitama. Duties include cleaning various areas of the facility, collecting and sorting rubbish, transporting waste to the collection point, and mopping and vacuuming floors. The shift runs from 07:00 to 11:00 (4 hours) on a rotation of 3-4 days per week, finishing by mid-morning so afternoons are free for household duties, hobbies, or a second job. Staff of all ages are active here, including those in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s; seniors are especially welcome. Training is provided by senior staff from day one; no prior cleaning experience is needed.
