Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Fushimi, Kyoto, serving crab-centred cuisine in an elegant tatami-style setting, 15 minutes walk from Takeda Station. Staff wear a simple two-piece kimono (制服 seifuku provided) and greet guests, escort them to seats, take orders by tablet or in person, serve dishes by hand or trolley, handle payment, and clear tables — positions are divided among the team so no single person is overburdened. A free rice-and-miso-soup meal is available every shift (upgrade to crab rice for 150 yen); a 20% staff dining discount applies on personal visits. The restaurant handles crustaceans — applicants with shellfish allergies should take note. Advance payment (前払い maekashi) is available through the Hot Staff prepayment scheme; note this differs from daily or weekly pay. Wage:
