Job Description:

This is a hospital kitchen cooking assistance role in Uji, Kyoto, 8 minutes walk from Obaku Station on the JR Nara Line. Duties are straightforward: plating pre-cooked dishes according to recipe instructions, then moving the plated trays to serving staff — no cooking from scratch, no customer contact, and no heavy lifting. Three shift patterns are available to choose from: early morning (05:30-11:30), day (09:00-17:30), and afternoon (14:30-19:15); each is approximately 5.25 hours of actual work with no break and minimal overtime. From 4 days per week; fixed-day arrangements and one weekend day off are negotiable. Advance payment (前払い maekashi) is available through the Hot Staff prepayment scheme; note this differs from daily or weekly pay.

Wage:

1,230円 (per hour) Overtime/deep-night rate: 1,538円 (applies after 8 hours actual work and for deep-night hours). Holiday and overtime premiums also apply.
