Job Description:
Work as a cooking support (調理補助 chouri-hojo) staff member in the hospital kitchen at Senshudo Hospital in Gifu City. The kitchen moved to a newly built facility in 2022, so the environment is clean, modern, and well-equipped. Main tasks are plating pre-prepared chilled meals onto trays and setting patient meal trays correctly; no complex cooking skills are needed. You will also handle dish washing (食器洗浄 shokki-senjo) and kitchen cleaning after meal service. A registered dietitian and senior staff will guide you from the start, with video manuals and recipe sheets provided during training (研修 kenshuu) for up to 3 months. Two fixed shift slots are available: early morning 06:00-11:00 or midday 10:30-15:30, with no overtime on either shift. Minimum 3 days a week commitment required; schedule requests are welcome and both shifts can be fixed or alternated. The position is a long-term placement of 3 months or more; short-term or casual work is not available.
Wage:
1,065円 (per hour)
Transport allowance paid up to 35,000円/month (actual cost reimbursement). No overtime pay applicable (no overtime work).
