Job Description:
This is a kitchen support role at a care home facility in Chiba's Mihama-ku, handling simple cooking assistance with no customer-facing duties. Duties include plating and portioning meals, serving and clearing trays, chopping and mincing food ingredients with a knife or blender, dishwashing, and kitchen tidying. No complex cooking from scratch is involved; tasks are comparable to home cooking, making this accessible for those with no professional kitchen experience. Two fixed shift slots are available — a morning slot (06:00-11:00) and an evening slot (16:30-21:00) — allowing you to choose the time that fits your daily routine. Overtime is minimal at under 10 hours per month; shifts are submitted on a monthly basis. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of earned wages is available under company regulations. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered.
