Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Suke-san Udon Beppu, a popular udon chain restaurant in Beppu, Oita. Hall duties include seating guests, confirming handheld orders, serving food, and handling cashier checkout by scanning receipts — no complex register operation required. Kitchen duties cover ingredient preparation, dishwashing, plating, and main dish cooking, with printed manuals and smartphone-accessible video guides available at all times. New staff start with simpler tasks such as food delivery and dishwashing, with senior staff providing close support until they settle in. Daytime shifts run 07:00-19:00 on weekdays; on weekends an additional evening-to-overnight block runs 19:00-07:00 (overnight). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, and weekend and public holiday shifts pay a higher base rate. Staff meals at 50% off are available every shift, and daily payment (日払い hibarai) is supported under company rules. Hair colour is unrestricted, and no resume is required to apply.
