Job Description:
This is a kitchen staff role at a full-service Italian restaurant inside Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay in Urayasu, Chiba, a 7-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station. Work involves ingredient preparation, cooking (frying, oven work, grilling, simmering), stone oven pizza preparation, plating, hygiene management, stock management, and cleaning of cooking equipment and the kitchen. The restaurant serves classic pasta, stone-baked pizza, and a popular antipasto buffet — a strong environment for those wanting to build on existing cooking skills with a wider range of techniques. Two shift patterns are available: early (11:30-20:30) and late (13:30-22:30), on a rotating schedule including weekends, 5 days per week.
