Job Description:

Work as a room inspection checker and supervisor (チェッカー／SV) at The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka, one of Japan's most prestigious luxury hotels, operated by Seibi Kyushu Co., Ltd., which has over 50 years of hotel management experience. This is a hands-on, floor-based support role — not a desk job: you inspect cleaned rooms before check-in (checking sheet creases, amenity counts, rubbish removal, etc.), follow up with cleaning staff on the floor, and support the team in real time. Guest-facing contact is minimal as the focus is pre-check-in preparation. Working hours are 09:00-18:00, 4 to 5 days a week on a stable shift; a full-time or half-time option can be discussed. Two pay options: 1,450円/hr with transportation allowance paid separately, or 1,550円/hr with transport costs already included — choose whichever suits your situation. A training period of 2-3 months runs at the full rate. JLPT N3 or equivalent Japanese level is required for this role.
