Job Description:
This is a hotel cleaning and front desk role at Mint Kawaguchi, a hotel two minutes on foot from Warabi Station in Kawaguchi City, Saitama. Cleaning duties cover bed making, sheet changing, replenishing amenities, and room tidying — most work is done independently with minimal guest contact, making this well-suited to those who prefer quiet, focused work. Front desk duties include simple register and monitor operation and telephone handling — full training is provided from day one. Three shift patterns cover overnight and evening: 00:00-09:00 (Tuesday and Sunday), 17:00-00:00 (Tuesday through Sunday), and 12:00-21:00 (Saturday only) — from as little as 4 hours per shift and 2-3 days per week. The late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,427 yen applies from 22:00 onwards. Hair colour, nails, piercings, and casual clothing are all welcome — uniform is provided but private clothes under the uniform are fine. Applicants must be aged 20 or over (passive smoking regulation). Foreign nationals must hold a visa status with no work restrictions and bring their residence card to interview. No resume required.
