Job Description:

Work at Sumibiyaki Hormon Fuu, a charcoal-grilled yakiniku (焼肉) and hormone specialty restaurant in central Takasaki, just a short walk from the station. The shop seats a maximum of 35 guests, making it a compact and manageable environment — far less running around than a large restaurant. Orders are taken by hand, so there is no tablet or handy terminal to learn. Hall staff greet and seat guests, take handwritten orders, serve food and drinks, process bills, and clear tables. Kitchen staff assist with cooking and dishwashing. Starting with just table service is also fine. Shifts start from 3 hours and 2 days a week, and the monthly shift (シフト制 shifuto-sei) is submitted once per month so you can plan around your schedule. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free of charge — the manager cooks to order, including yakiniku, bibimbap, ramen, and pasta. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from scratch. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided. Hair colour, hair style, piercings, and nails are all permitted. Late-night hours from 22:00 carry a 25% wage increase (深夜手当 shinya-teate) — these hours are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Car and motorbike commuting are permitted with a parking space available.

Wage:

1,100円～1,250円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% increase from 22:00. Salary increases (昇給 shoushou) available. Experience bonus applied at hire for experienced applicants.
