Job Description:

Work as a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff member at FamilyMart Ebetsu Midorimachi Higashi, a store serving local residents and students in the Ebetsu area of Hokkaido. The team includes a wide range of ages and backgrounds — students, homemakers, and freeters — and the store has a strong reputation for staff retention. Duties cover all standard combini operations: register work, product ordering, shelf arrangement, and cleaning. Multiple shift slots are available across the day, from early morning through to deep night, so you can choose hours that fit your lifestyle. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is supplied. Car, bicycle, and motorbike commuting are all permitted. Promotion to store manager candidate is also available (inquire for details). Late-night shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 (overnight) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Early-morning slot (07:00-09:00): 1,300 yen/hour (same rate during training). Late-night deep-night allowance (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) included in pay for 22:00-05:00 shifts. Training rate for 17:00-22:00 slot: 1,075 yen/hour. High school student rate: 1,110 yen/hour (17:00-22:00); 1,075 yen/hour during training.
