Job Description:

Work as a convenience store staff member at a Seven-Eleven (セブン-イレブン) branch in Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo. Duties include cashier work (レジ reji), customer service, restocking shelves, store cleaning, accepting parcel deliveries, processing public utility bill payments, and handling various in-store pickup services. The register is simple to operate - scanning barcodes is all it takes - so no prior experience is needed and complete beginners are welcome. A 14-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies to all shifts, during which the wage is 1,131 yen per hour. Three shift slots are available: an early morning slot (早朝 souchou) from 06:00 to 09:00 at a higher rate of 1,300 yen, a daytime slot from 13:00 to 17:00, and an evening slot from 17:00 to 22:00. High school students are welcome for the 13:00 and 17:00 slots. Car, bicycle, and motorbike commuting are all permitted. A pathway to store employee (社員登用 shain-touyou) and independent franchise ownership support is also available for those interested in longer-term career development.

Wage:

1,131円 (per hour) Early morning slot (06:00-09:00): 1,300円 per hour. Standard slots (13:00-17:00 and 17:00-22:00): 1,131円. Training rate (研修中 kenshuu-chuu): 1,131円 for all slots (14 days). Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available.
