Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Sapporo, a popular udon and tempura chain restaurant located along Route 89 (Kanjodori) near Sapporo Elementary School in Higashi-ku, Sapporo. The role is weekend and public holiday shifts only (土日祝のみ shifuto-sei), making it ideal for those looking for regular weekend work or a second job. Duties are divided into focused tasks: clearing the dining hall, washing dishes at the dishwashing station (洗い場 araiba), operating the cashier (レジ reji), and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and recipe manuals are provided, so no prior experience is needed. Shifts run on a weekly request basis (シフト制 shifuto-sei); hours and days are negotiable to fit your schedule. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. Car and motorcycle commuting are permitted with petrol costs reimbursed within company rules. Hair colour and style are allowed freely (subject to confirmation at interview). No resume is required at the interview stage.
