Job Description:
Hall and kitchen staff role at Sapporo Ramen Tokura, a compact 10-seat counter ramen restaurant that opened in September 2026 in Atsuta-ku, Nagoya — 6 minutes walk from Kanayama Station. Because orders are placed via a ticket machine (食券 shokken), there are no complex cashier duties; kitchen tasks focus on boiling noodles, stir-frying vegetables, and plating ramen bowls — all straightforward steps that can be learned from scratch even with no prior restaurant experience. As an opening-staff member you join at the same level as everyone else, making it easy to build friendships quickly in a lively team led by a 23-year-old store manager. Two shift blocks are available: a morning block (09:00-15:00) and an evening block (18:00-22:00), with a minimum of 4 hours per session and 2 days per week on a monthly self-declaration shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). Wages are paid in cash by hand (手渡し tewatashi) and daily payment (日払い hibarai) is also available. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free of charge and unlimited — ramen lovers will find this a particularly appealing perk. Appearance rules are minimal for an independent restaurant: hair colour, nails, piercings, and facial hair are all permitted. No resume needed for the interview.
