Job Description:
Factory machine operation and packaging role at a bakery packaging materials manufacturer in Kamisato-machi, Kodama-gun, Saitama, placed through staffing agency Sogo Career Option. Tasks involve operating bag-making machines and slitter machines to process printed film into finished bread packaging products, feeding film rolls into machines, carrying out inspection of the bag-making and slitting process, packing finished products into boxes, stacking boxes onto pallets, and preparing shipments for dispatch. No prior factory or machine experience is required — full support and training are provided from day one, and a coordinator is available before your first shift for any questions. Working hours are 08:00 to 17:30 with weekends and public holidays off following the company calendar; overtime exceeds 20 hours per month, making this a good choice for those who want to boost their monthly earnings through regular overtime.
