Job Description:

Guest room cleaning and bed making role at Richmond Hotel Hakata Ekimae in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka — just 3 minutes walk from Hakata Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line, operated by Royal Group (RNT Hotels). Duties include collecting and replacing towels, cleaning unit bathrooms, making beds (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu), vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, collecting rubbish, and preparing rooms for the next guest — skills that transfer directly from everyday household cleaning experience. All current staff started with no hotel experience; senior colleagues provide close support until you are confident working independently, and a structured training programme (研修 kenshuu) covers all tasks at your own pace. Shifts run from 09:00 to 14:30 on a monthly self-declaration shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 4 hours per session and 3 days per week; you must be available to work at least one of Saturday or Sunday each week — weekday-only (5-day) schedules are not available. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) lets you draw up to 50% of earned wages at any time with no limit on the number of requests, subject to a bank transfer fee. Staff receive Royal Group discount vouchers (20% off) for Royal Host, Tenya, Shakey's, Sizzler, and other group restaurants monthly, plus hotel accommodation vouchers.
