Job Description:

This is a warehouse packing and material supply role at a cardboard manufacturing facility in Sano, Tochigi, placed through a staffing agency. Main duties include supplying raw cardboard materials to processing machines and packing finished cardboard products for outbound shipment, handling items weighing approximately 20 kg. All work is standing and performed on the factory floor during an overnight shift (シフト制 shifuto-sei) running from 20:30 to 05:30 the following morning. Weekends and public holidays are off in line with the company calendar, making this a stable weekdays-only overnight schedule. Over 20 hours of overtime per month is expected, providing strong earning potential at a base rate up to 1,650 yen per hour.
