Job Description:

This is a warehouse light-duty operations role at a major toy manufacturer's distribution centre in Ichikawa City, Chiba, placed through a staffing agency (派遣 haken). The warehouse handles popular products such as card games and plastic model kits; duties include picking items from a list, checking products for damage and quantity accuracy (検品 kenpin), packing, sorting, and other related warehouse tasks — all items are light, keeping physical strain to a minimum. This is a short-term assignment running until the end of December, coinciding with the Christmas season peak period when the warehouse is at its busiest. The shift is a fixed weekday-only schedule, Monday to Friday, with two time slot options: 09:00-17:30 or 10:00-17:30, both with a 60-minute break. A free shuttle bus runs from Nishi-Funabashi Station (西船橋駅) to the worksite, making the commute straightforward even though the nearest station involves a 15-minute walk. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available subject to agency rules, allowing you to access earned wages before the standard payday. No resume is required and the entire application process can be completed online.
