Job Description:

Work at resort hotels, ryokan, and leisure facilities across Japan through a live-in (住み込み sumikomi) placement program with free private-room accommodation and meals included. Available roles include restaurant hall staff (配膳 haizen), kitchen staff, hotel front desk, room cleaning (客室清掃 kyakushitsu-seisou), cooking assistance, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) - you can indicate your preference at registration. All living expenses during placement are essentially covered: free private room, free utilities, free meals (まかない makanai) twice a day or more, and Wi-Fi. Work sites span resort destinations nationwide including hot-spring towns (温泉 onsen), coastal areas, ski resorts, highland retreats, and urban tourist districts. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available under company regulations. A salary advance system (給与前払い制度) is also in place for earned wages.
