Job Description:
Work as a Western cuisine cook at a hotel directly connected to Hanno Station (飯能駅) on the Seibu Ikebukuro and Toshima Lines in Hanno City, Saitama, 5 minutes walk from the station. Main duties are Western cuisine (洋食 youshoku) cooking, covering the full preparation cycle including ingredient and equipment setup, cooking service, and clearing and dishwashing after banquet and restaurant service. At least 1 year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is required; those with a cooking licence (調理師免許 chourishi-menkyo) are particularly welcome. Three shift options are available: 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, or 11:00-20:00, each with 8 hours actual work. Early and late shifts alternate. Working 3 to 5 days per week with 2 fixed days off each week. Overtime exceeds 20 hours per month during busy periods and is paid in full. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available in full. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is also an option. No resume or office visit is required; interviews are conducted via Google Meet or by phone. Average time from interview to start is 3 days. Social insurance is fully covered. Staff dormitory or company housing is available (company regulations apply). Career gap applicants are welcome and those with experience may be taken on with a view to direct employment by the hotel. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement arranged through Full Effort Co., a food-service specialist agency.
