Job Description:

This is a warehouse role handling toys at a large, clean facility in Ichikawa City, Chiba, placed through a staffing agency (派遣 haken) with a well-known major company as the client. Duties include using a handheld terminal device to pick toys from shelves, inspecting products for defects, packing them, and organising shelf stock. No experience is required as training (研修 kenshuu) is fully provided; staff across a wide range of ages are working here and a dedicated coordinator supports you throughout the assignment. Two shift start times are available — 09:00 or 10:30, both finishing by 17:30 — on a two-rotation system, so you can choose what fits your morning routine. Working 3 to 5 days per week is possible; if choosing 3 or 4 days, Wednesday and Thursday are required working days. Weekends and public holidays off under the company calendar; approximately 20 hours of optional overtime per month is available for those who want to earn more. An early payment service (即払い sokubara) allows a portion of worked wages to be received as early as 5 days after the shift, subject to company rules. A shuttle bus from Nishi-Funabashi Station serves the workplace — no need to walk the full 15 minutes from Futamatashimmachi Station. Note: native-level Japanese is required for this position.
