The role involves cooking duties in the hotel kitchen during the night shift (20:00-02:00); specific menu items and kitchen tasks will be confirmed on placement, but experience in any food service kitchen — izakaya, family restaurant, or similar — is welcomed and a good starting point. No formal cooking qualification is needed and those with just a little previous kitchen experience are very welcome to apply. The shift runs 20:00 to 02:00 (overnight, 6 hours with no break); a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for hours from 22:00, raising the effective rate from 1,380円 to 1,725円 per hour during those hours. A minimum of 4 working days per week is expected; alternative schedules can be discussed at application.
