This is a resort hotel hall staff position at a scenic hotel overlooking the Seto Inland Sea and the Seto Ohashi Bridge in Kojima, Okayama. You will handle guest-facing duties including check-in welcomes, room guidance, meal service of traditional kaiseki cuisine featuring fresh local seafood, and pre-arrival room checks. The workplace is a popular resort destination in the Seto Inland Sea area, known for its sunset views and relaxed atmosphere. Staff accommodation (individual rooms) and all meals are provided free of charge, with Wi-Fi also available in the dorms. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available under company rules, so you can receive your wages quickly after working. No experience is required — the head hostess and senior staff provide thorough on-the-job training (研修 kenshuu) for all newcomers.
