Job Description:

This is a cooking staff role at a residential care home for the elderly (住宅型有料老人ホーム) in Okayama City's Kita Ward, preparing around 50 to 60 meals per shift. The kitchen team has five members and follows menus designed by a registered dietitian, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and presentation. Shifts are split between an early morning start (06:00) and a mid-morning start (10:30), with early shifts being the main pattern. Experienced cooks returning after a career gap (ブランクOK buranku-ok) are actively welcomed, and senior staff will guide you through tasks one by one. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment are both available, making it easy to manage your finances. A uniform and kitchen shoes (制服 seifuku) are fully provided at no cost. No overtime required. A health check result within the past three months is required before starting; if you have not had one, the company covers the cost.

Wage:
