Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Komeda Coffee Kurashiki Nakashima, a full-service cafe chain in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, a 10-minute walk from Nishi-Achi Station. Hall staff handle customer seating, order taking, food and drink delivery, and table clearing, while kitchen staff prepare coffee, drinks, and popular menu items including Shiro Noir. Experienced senior staff provide thorough one-on-one training so first-timers and those with no food service background can settle in quickly and comfortably. Flexible scheduling is available from 4 hours per day, 3 days per week, across early morning, daytime, evening, and late-night shifts on weekends.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) 1,100円 <br />Post-training rate: 1,150 yen to 1,450 yen/hr based on experience and skills. Deep-night premium applies after 22:00 within late-night shifts (up to 23:30).
