Job Description:

This is a cleaning role at a care facility operated by a major social welfare foundation in Gojo, Nara, handling daily housekeeping tasks in a calm and cooperative workplace. Duties include mopping and vacuuming facility corridors and rooms, toilet cleaning and rubbish collection, and ordering and managing consumable supplies. Hours are fixed at 09:00-18:00 with no overtime and weekends and public holidays off — ideal for those wanting a stable weekday schedule. The dress code is free (casual clothing OK), and hair colour, piercings, and nails are all permitted within basic guidelines, so you can maintain your own style at work.
