Job Description:
This is a light warehouse role at an apparel distribution centre in Tsukuba, placed through Loftie staffing agency. Work involves scanning barcodes to pick apparel products, sorting, inspection (検品 kenpin), packing (梱包 konpou), and preparing items for dispatch — all simple, repeatable tasks that beginners pick up quickly. This position also includes a minor team support role: checking morning attendance, answering basic questions from colleagues, and helping out where needed, with no pressure to take on more than you are comfortable with. The warehouse is air-conditioned, and appearance rules are relaxed — hair colour, nails, and beards are all permitted. A free shuttle runs from Tsukuba Station to the worksite, and car commuting is also allowed. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available under agency rules, and shifts from just one day a week are accepted, making this ideal for second jobs or those working within a dependent tax exemption (扶養内 fuyou-nai).
