Job Description:
This is a product inspection role at a dental materials manufacturing facility in Kamisu City, Ibaraki, producing paste raw materials used in dental fillings — clean, precise work in an air-conditioned clean room (クリーンルーム kuriin-ruumu). Depending on your assigned process, duties include visual inspection of cut products, X-ray internal inspection, attaching metal pins, and checking that pins are fitted vertically — with rotation across all processes as you gain experience. Some processes involve seated work (座り作業 suwari-sagyo), making this well suited to those who prefer lighter physical work. All work is day shift only (08:30-17:15), weekdays only, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off — 128 days of annual leave including GW, summer, and year-end holidays. Young and middle-aged women make up a large part of the current workforce. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available and can be requested via smartphone with funds receivable in as little as 5 minutes. Direct employment at the client site is a possibility for strong performers. This is a permanent staff (正社員 seishain) contract with UTエージェント株式会社 — employment continues even if the placement site changes.
