Job Description:

This is a kitchen assistant role at YukimuraTei Ryugasaki, a ramen restaurant in Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki, 11 minutes walk from Ryugasaki Station. Tasks centre on washing dishes, simple food preparation, and plating (盛り付け moritsuke) — straightforward kitchen support work suited to those with no prior food service experience. Full manuals and training (研修 kenshuu) are provided so new starters can learn one task at a time at their own pace. Depending on aptitude, some hall floor duties may also be assigned. Lunch and lunchtime shifts are urgently needed — those available during 09:00-15:00 are especially welcome. The shift window runs from 09:00 to 24:00, with as little as 3 hours per day and 1 day per week accepted; days and hours are fully negotiable to fit around housework, school, or a second job. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 on the 21:00-24:00 shift. High school students are welcome at a rate of 1,080 yen per hour. Hair colour and style are freely chosen (髪型・髪色自由 kamigata kameiro jiyuu). Car parking is fully available on site.
