Job Description:

This is a picking and sorting role at a major school uniform company's distribution warehouse in Tamano City, Okayama, placed through Grop staffing agency, with work starting in October. Duties involve reading delivery slips to locate and collect school uniforms from shelves using a layout map, transporting items by trolley, scanning barcodes with a handheld scanner (ハンディ handi) to verify products, and sorting collected uniforms by school and item type for dispatch preparation. No heavy continuous lifting is involved, and a site map is always available so memorising shelf locations is not required; on-site training is provided for all new starters. Hours are daytime only (08:10-17:00) with weekends and public holidays off following the company calendar, though occasional Saturday shifts are possible. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available on request under agency rules; transportation allowance is provided in full.
